We are excited to introduce our newest team member: Thomas Vormschlag – a seasoned sales expert with an extraordinary background that bridges art, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
Thomas brings over 35 years of experience in sales – from leading an Allianz general agency to pursuing his passion for art. Not only is he a gallerist (Elb-Alstergalerie Hamburg & Atelier Baltic Galerie 21), but as an art collector, he has been connecting people and visions for years. Today, a new mission drives him: sustainable solutions through microorganisms.
His journey with us began – as it often does – with art. During one of his exhibitions on the Baltic Sea, Thomas first encountered the fascinating potential of microorganisms: invisible allies that revitalize soils, retain water, and strengthen plants – all without chemicals, purely harnessing the power of nature. This realization convinced him to become part of our mission.
Thomas embodies what fuels us: curiosity, innovation, and the belief that small steps can lead to great change. With his experience, passion, and deep connection to nature, we are thrilled to push forward sustainable solutions together.
